Return Policy


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return your item(s) from the date of the purchase.

Please ensure that items are returned in their initial condition i.e. clean, unworn and with all tags attached.
We require returning items in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit. Reusing the packaging will minimize the environmental impact of the return process.
Once your package is received, we will check the condition of the returned items  before proceeding to the refund. If the items are damaged or in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to deduct damage, service or repair costs from the original amount paid for the purchase or we may not be able to proceed with a refund at all. 

1) Pack all the items you wish to return to the original packaging they came in. Fill in the Return Form and put it inside the package. 

2) Login into your customer account and go to Return/Exchange section. Enter your order number and email. Follow the next steps.

2) You will receive e-mail with your order status and a link to arrange your shipment.

3) Go to DPD website and fill out the Return Package Collection Order Form.
You can choose a time slot for the collection of your shipment directly on the DPD website.

Select Send a courier. Enter your e-mail address, contact number and chosen pick-up address. Make sure all the details are correct. Indicate the date and time of the courier's arrival and click Return package

You can also use DPD pick-up points to return your items. 

4) When collection date is arranged, you will receive an e-mail with confirmation and order number. The courier will provide you with a return label. Remember to keep the confirmation of the shipment. 

 5) Insert the return form and the products you wish to return into the mailing bag or box where the order was delivered. Remember to put the Return Form in the package.

If you can't or don't want to use the free return option, you can send the goods back to us at your own expense.

1) Remember that we do not accept payment in cash upon receipt of the parcel.

2) All costs are covered by the customer and are not refundable. You return the goods at your own expense. 

3) Customers collecting orders in person are not entitled to a free return by courier.


For Quality Control to accept a return, the product must be returned intact, in its original packaging, undamaged, unaltered, unused, with all original tags, accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice. Goods sent by post to the warehouse will be processed within 14 working days of receipt.

Once our team approves the return, the funds will be refunded by original payment method and you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If your return does not meet these conditionswe reserve the right to deduct damage, service or repair costs from the original amount paid for the purchase or we may not be able to proceed with a refund at all or the package will be returned to you.

Please note that for non-EU orders with DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping option, the refund amount will be equal to the price paid at checkout, less the import duties and taxes, as these fees are collected only on behalf of the domestic customer tax authorities and are not collected by BOCA CABO.
